About 5,100 Georgia Power customers in DeKalb County were without power at two different times  Sunday, but in both cases power was restored.

In the first instance, power was lost in the North Druid Hills neighborhood at about 10 a.m. and came back by 11:05.

The second time, power was lost at about 1 p.m.  Georgia Power said it was restored within the hour.
