The Georgia Department of Transportation has named a Gwinnett County man district traffic engineer for 21 counties in Northeast Georgia.

Scott Zehngraff of Lilburn will be responsible for traffic engineering studies, safety enhancement reviews, citizen complaint investigations and other duties in the district. He is a graduate of Georgia Southern University and joined the department in 1995 as a civil engineer. He won GDOT's Wayne Shackelford Leadership Award in 2011.
