According to Gateway85, they are the only Community Improvement District in Gwinnett with both federal and state opportunity zones. The CID will hold a workshop to educate the public on the opportunity zones and their tax benefits 3 to 5 p.m. Oct. 23 at Eagle Rock Distributing Company, 6205 Best Friend Road in Norcross.

The free workshop is hosted by Gateway85, Partnership Gwinnett and Avison Young.
