Gateway85’s Executive Director Emory Morsberger will be the keynote at a BISNOW event at 7:30 a.m. Thursday, Aug. 22 at the Atlanta Hilton Northeast, 5993 Peachtree Industrial Blvd. in Peachtree Corners titled: Future of Gwinnett County and Northeast Atlanta.

Additional speakers include Lawrenceville City Manager Chuck Warbington and Partnership Gwinnett President and CEO Nick Masino, among others.

Participants can expect to hear a discussion of alternative transit solutions since Gwinnett’s MARTA expansion referendum failed. Other topics include the oversupply of malls in Gwinnett and plans for redevelopment, strategies for attracting diverse residents, and how real estate professionals can work together to reinvent Gwinnett’s office market.
