Garden plot sign-up begins next week

Sign-ups begin next week for plots in the Johns Creek community garden at Newtown Park.

Gardeners can apply from Monday through March 15 for the chance to reserve a plot by submitting an application to the Johns Creek Garden Association. Groups or individuals can sign up for one or more 4-by-8-foot beds. The membership and application fee is $70, with plots assigned by random drawing. Fees are returned to those not selected.
