Fundraiser set for Cobb representative

A wine tasting fundraiser for State Rep. Alisha Thomas Morgan is scheduled for Friday in Atlanta.

Morgan, who was elected to her fifth term in 2010, has become known for her work in education reform. Morgan is married to Cobb school board member David Morgan. She represents Austell.

The fundraiser begins at 6 p.m. at The Colors of Wine, 2355 Cumberland Pkwy. in Atlanta.
