Fulton County health experts will meet with residents of Vine City and English Avenue this weekend about why  poorer neighborhood have higher rates of diseases such as asthma, cardiovascular disease, diabetes, and respiratory ailments. The county will provide health screening and educate residents about how "environmental stressors" such as abandoned properties, illegal dumping and pests can contribute to bad health.  Saturday, 10 am to 2 pm, Neighborhood Union Health Center, 186 Sunset Avenue, Atlanta, GA 30314.
