Fulton offers health and fitness education

In an effort by Fulton County Health Services to help keep body weights down, the county will offer two hours of healthy living education on Nov. 20 at Vine City's Neighborhood Union Health Center. Family Health and Fitness Day, from 1 to 3 p.m., will include cooking tips, Yoga and aerobic exercise demonstrations and blood pressure and diabetes screenings.

The cooking demonstration will show how to read food labels and make smart eating choices.
