Beginning June 5, the Fulton County Superior and Magistrate Court Clerk’s office will launch mandatory criminal e-filing. The office will “go-live” with the Tyler Technologies based, Odyssey eFileGa, a system that will allow registered user to file documents from a single website from anywhere — 24 hours a day, seven days a week.

They new system is expected to:

  • Reduce average filing time
  • Lower costs for filing, anytime from any internet-ready computer
  • Eliminate costly trips to the courthouse
  • Increase access to file-stamped copies of court documents
