Free spay/neuter for bully-breeds in DeKalb

Faced with an ongoing problem of stray pit bull and pit mixes in its county animal shelter, DeKalb County is offering free spay-neutering of those breeds for a limited time.

The program also includes free vaccinations for the animals.
