The Gwinnett County Public Library will offer citizenship preparation classes beginning Oct. 4.

The free 8 to 10-week courses, offered at the library’s Norcross and Suwanee branches, will feature lessons in U.S. history, government, politics, customs and other topics. It also will feature practice interviews and tests for those hoping to become U.S. citizens.
