Forsyth to temporarily close Fleetwood to through traffic

Fleetwood Drive near Cumming will be closed to through traffic Jan. 20 for barrier wall construction and a grade change, and will reopen, weather permitting, on May 20. FORSYTH COUNTY
Part of Fleetwood Drive south of Pilgrim Mill Road near Cumming will be closed to through traffic for several months beginning Monday, Jan. 20, for the construction of a barrier wall and a grade change, according to a Forsyth County announcement.
The closure will be in effect on Fleetwood between Pilgrim Mill and Century Drive, the county said. Detour signs will be posted. Weather permitting, Fleetwood is expected to reopen to through traffic on Wednesday, May 20.
