The 2019 Forsyth County Transportation Summit will offer project updates from local and state officials Wednesday, April 10, at the Forsyth Conference Center at Lanier Technical College.

The Cumming-Forsyth Chamber of Commerce will host the event, set for 11 a.m. to 1 p.m.

Participants will include Commissioner Russell McMurry of the Georgia Department; state Rep. Kevin Tanner (R-Dawnsonville), House Transportation Committee chairman; and Chris Tomlinson, executive director of the State Roadway and Toll Authority.

To register for the event: www.cummingforsythchamber.org. All attendees must register except for Rotary Club of South Forsyth members, according to the Chamber's Facebook page. Tickets that include lunch are $15; limited seating is available for those who forego lunch.
