Forsyth County Schools officials will start the district’s annual kindergarten roundup Monday as they seek to register students for the 2017-2018 school year beginning Aug. 3. Registration will proceed with two elementary schools designated for enrollment each week until March 31.

All weekly registrations will happen at the Almon C. Hill Education Center, 136 Almon C. Hill Drive, Cumming.

Registration is open to all children who will be five years old on or before Sept. 1, with only a few limited exceptions involving students who were legal residents in another state. Parents and guardians will need to bring a variety of documentation, including proof of residency and forms related to immunization,vision, hearing, dental care and nutrition.
