Longtime Forsyth County Board of Education member Ann Crow is retiring.
Outgoing board chair Kristen Morrisey made the announcement at the board’s most recent meeting, praising her as one of the most enthusiastic and dedicated people she’s seen in the educational field. She spoke as the board elected new officers for 2018. Crow was elected chair for her final year with Nancy Roche chosen as vice chair.
Crow was first elected to the board in 2003 and has been a Forsyth County resident since 1984. She’s the president of Matrix TBSC-Cumming Inc., a business service and accounting firm. She also is a director for the Georgia School Board Association.
