First-time homebuyer workshop in Marietta

The Cobb Extension Office and credit counseling organization, CredAbility, will host a first-time homebuyer workshop on Saturday in Marietta.

Information will be provided about budget and credit, down payment assistance, the loan process and insurance and inspection. Participants will receive a HUD-approved certificate at the end of the workshop.

The workshop runs 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. at the Cobb Extension Office, 678 South Cobb Drive in Marietta. Seating is limited to the first 40 people.
