Firm proposes $40 million complex for downtown Decatur

An Atlanta developer is proposing to build a $40 million mix of apartments and shops on West Ponce de Leon Avenue in downtown Decatur.

Carter USA would build 240 apartments and 10,000-square feet of retail to the existing Decatur Court office building.
