Finalst selected for Georgia College & State

The State Board of Regents selected one finalist to be the new president of Georgia College & State University.

The board will vote on appointing Steve Michael Dorman at a future meeting. He is currently dean of the College of Health and Human Performance at the University of Florida in Gainesville.

Stas Preczewski, a vice president at Georgia Gwinnett College, has served as the interim president for nearly a year. The previous president, Dorothy Leland, left to become president of the University of California, Merced.
