F.J. “Josh” Fenn is the sole finalist for the executive director’s position with the Henry County Development Authority.
That announcement was made Aug. 6 by the economic development agency looking for a successor to Leonard Sledge, who left in May to take a similar position in Richmond, Va. Fenn is currently the director of business development for ECS Southeast LLP and has previously held top economic development positions in four other Georgia counties.
Because Georgia law requires a minimum 14-day waiting period after the finalist announcement before voting to offer an employment agreement, that is expected to take place in late August so Fenn can start Sept. 1.
