The Atlanta Department of Watershed Management recently announced that all online and telephone bill payment convenience fees have been discontinued. As of Oct. 1, paying water/sewer service bills have become a little less expensive.

For customer convenience, the department offers several bill paying options:

  • By phone - Pay over the phone using a MasterCard, Visa or Discover card by calling 404.546.0311, 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
  • By smartphone/tablet – Make payments with the Atlanta Go app. Download the app at Google Play or iTunes
  • Night Deposit Drop Box is available at the 68 Mitchell Street entrance of Atlanta City Hall. (Leave checks or money orders only)
  • Customer Service Center - Payment windows are available on the first floor of Atlanta City Hall, 55 Trinity Ave. SW. Visa, Master Card, American Express and Discover cards are accepted. Hours of operation 8:15 a.m. to 5 p.m. weekdays.
  • An additional location for bill payments and customer care has been added at 2 City Plaza (72 Marietta Street). All meter applications will move to 2 City Plaza which has access to free and convenient parking as well as easy access to the Five Points MARTA Station.
