Feb. 14 is voter registration deadline for March election

Feb. 14 is the last day to register to vote in Gwinnett County’s March 15 special election.

County voters will elect a new chairman for the Board of Commissioners. Four candidates – Charlotte Nash of Dacula, Larry Gause of Tucker, Gerald Duane Kissel of Snellville and Will Costa of Lilburn – are seeking the office.

The winner will serve the remaining two years of the unexpired term of former Chairman Charles Bannister, who resigned in October.
