The FBI and DeKalb County Police Department are requesting the public’s assistance in catching a serial bank robber who hit Wells Fargo branches in DeKalb and Clayton counties.

The Wells Fargo at 6063 Memorial Drive in Stone Mountain was robbed by a man who entered the bank Saturday, Nov. 14m 2915 at around 11:38 a.m. The man gave the teller a demand note and got away with an undisclosed amount of money.

A Wells Fargo at 4798 Redan Road in Stone Mountain was robbed Dec. 29, 2015 at around 11:47 a.m. Once again, the lone man slipped the teller a demand note and walked away with an undisclosed amount of money.

Two days later, on Dec. 31, the lone robber hit a Wells Fargo at 6626 Highway 85 in Riverdale. He walked in the bank at around 11:23 a.m., handed the teller a demand note and left with an undisclosed amount of money.

The robber is described 30 to 35 years old, about 6 feet tall with a slender, athletic build.
