Fayetteville residents have until July 19 to get up to date on their utility payments or risk shutoff.

The city announced that it will soon resume service disconnections for past-due accounts. A grace period for payments and late fees for water and sewer bills was granted earlier this spring due to the economic hardships related to the COVID-19 pandemic. Now that city offices have reopened to the public, utility payments can be made by mail, in person at City Hall 8:30 a.m.-4:30 p.m. Monday-Thursday or online using the payment link at https://fayetteville-ga.gov/city-departments/public-services/water-and-sewer/water-sewer-customer-service/. Online payments require entering the customer’s name and utility account number.
