After modifying its schedule due to COVID-19, Fayetteville’s Municipal Court will resume normal sessions at 8 a.m. on June 16.

Everyone will be required to wear a face mask and get a temperature check before entering the facility. No purses or bags will be allowed inside, although each defendant will be given a small clear bag to bring in personal items such as hand sanitizer, pens, tissues and clear bottled water. Attorneys may bring only one briefcase or file folder into the courtroom.

Additional details about court procedures, such as dress codes and forms of payment, are at or linked to www.fayetteville-ga.gov/city-departments/public-safety/municipal-court/.
