Fayetteville closes city offices to the public

Due to coronavirus safety concerns, Fayetteville has temporarily closed its municipal buildings, including City Hall, to the public.
It is referring residents to www.fayetteville-ga.gov for details and updates, and will also post on Facebook and Nextdoor. Some city services can be accessed online at www.fayetteville-ga.gov/Transactions, including business related to planning and zoning, the building department, occupational taxes, and water and sewer service. Other departments, including the city clerk’s office, code enforcement, public works, human resources, economic development and Main Street Fayetteville, are scheduling public appointments by phone or email; links and numbers are on the Transactions web page.
Police and fire department inspections, incident reports and other non-emergency services can be arranged by phone or email at www.fayetteville-ga.gov/fire (770-461-4548) or www.fayetteville-ga.gov/ContactPD (770-461-4441). The court clerk’s office can be contacted at 770-716-4275.
