Fayette County public library patrons may apply to have borrowing privileges from University of Georgia libraries.

Members older than 18 can obtain an Outside Borrower’s card by completing an application and paying a $10 fee at either the Fayetteville or Peachtree City libraries. The cards are initially issued for three months, but can be renewed by email, phone or in person if no outstanding obligations exist, and with no additional fee. Outside Borrowers are not eligible for interlibrary loans, recalling charged items or borrowing from reserves, references or other restricted UGA library collections.
