Fayette libraries closing for updates

The Fayette County Public Library and Peachtree City Library will be closed Friday through Monday to allow for an update of the PINES computer system, and for the Martin Luther King Jr. holiday.

The PINES system connects more than 275 libraries across Georgia, and has a searchable database at www.gapines.org for finding books and resources throughout the system’s branches.

Both libraries will resume regular hours on Tuesday.
