Fayette County is now issuing parking decals to allow non-resident employees of local corporations and businesses to use the parks at Lake McIntosh and Lake Horton. The two-year decals cost $1 and are valid for use 8 a.m.-5 p.m. Monday-Friday. Non-resident employees visiting either park outside those hours must purchase a $5 daily decal or $50 annual parking permit. The special rates were approved by the Board of Commissioners in May. Employers can obtain decals by contacting the Parks and Recreation Department at 770-716-4320 or recreation@fayettecountyga.org.
