Fayette health board seeks new member

Fayette County is seeking applicants to fill an unexpired term on its Board of Health. The seven-member board’s responsibilities include assessing local needs, advocating for public health programs, approving and presenting the health budget to the Board of Commissioners, and providing policy guidance to the district health director. Candidates must be licensed physicians practicing in Fayette County.
