The Fayette Visioning Initiative is inviting the public to attend its third annual summit to discuss the county’s progress regarding education, economy, community and place.

The initiative, led by committees of community leaders, began in 2013 to devise and implement a five-year plan focused on how Fayette County wants to grow and develop. The summit’s keynote speaker will be Rob Parker, president and CEO of Pinewood Forrest, with a focus on the county’s “Envisioning Your Story” rebranding project.

The meeting will run 7:30-9:30 a.m. on Dec. 8 at the Crowne Plaza Atlanta SW, 201 Aberdeen Parkway in Peachtree City. Admission is free, but registration is required; see www.FayetteChamber.org.
