As part of the Fayette County Board of Education’s effort to review and revise dozens of school-related policies, county residents are being invited to offer their input.

Drafts of proposed revisions are being posted at www.fcboe.org, accessible under the Quick Links tab for the eBoard page. A comment box is at the bottom of each policy.

The first set of policies is open for comment until Oct. 2, after which revisions will be considered for a board vote as early as Oct. 5.

Subsequent policies will be posted and considered in batches, usually in 30-day intervals. Items under consideration include issues related to finance, programs, administration, resources and student achievement.
