The Fayette Chamber of Commerce and the Fayette Visioning Initiative are launching a new program to support entrepreneurs. StartUp Fayette, led by Overwatch Technology CEO Jeremy Anderson, will be a platform to bring together individuals from high-tech, creative and innovative non-traditional backgrounds in south metro Atlanta for networking and other events.
Anderson said the program is part of an effort in Fayette County to “diversify and strengthen our economy and provide homegrown jobs.”
StartUp Fayette’s inaugural Fifth Thursday meeting will be held 7-8:30 p.m. at Crosstown Grille in Peachtree City and feature Yaystack founder Trey Roth; free registration is at www.eventbrite.com/e/fifth-thursday-tickets-34802702821.
