Fairburn City Council will receive a presentation of the Fairburn Police Department’s body worn cameras update during its meeting at 7 p.m. Monday at Fairburn City Hall, 56 Malone St.

The goal is to promote public safety and accountability with the public. Another discussion is the purchase of an industrial bucket grapple and a Bobcat skid-steer loader, for use by city maintenance personnel. The council will also consider approval to the change order of the contract with Mullin Brothers Paving contractors, to perform additional work on the basketball and tennis courts and swimming pool in Duncan Park.
