Fairburn bulks up its city agencies

The Fairburn City Council will hold a regular meeting at 7 p.m. Monday at Fairburn City Hall, 56 Malone Street.

In addition to the swearing in of council members Elizabeth Carr Hurst, Patrick Pat Pallend and Andrew James Whitmore, the council will also appoint the Mayor Pro-Tem for the year

Appointments to the Planning and Zoning Commission, Downtown Development Authority and the Urban Redevelopment Agency will also be made.

The council will also discuss staff appointment for the year and the Mayor’s State of the City Address.
