A fabrics worker netted $400,000 in the Georgia Lottery’s Kings & Queens game.

Nelda Alexander, 57, bought her ticket at Mr. Quick Market in Rossville, in north Georgia. Alexander is a warper operator at Southern Industrial Fabrics.

She said she will invest her winnings to have money when she retires.

“I was in tears when I left there,” she said. “When I get older, I won’t have to work so hard. It will be nice not to worry after I retire.”
