Gwinnett County Board of Commissioners voted last week to approve the expansion of the Evermore Community Improvement District to include the former Target location at 2055 West Park Place Boulevard in Stone Mountain.
The property, owned by SpaceMax Stone Mountain LLC, agreed in writing to be subject to taxes, fees and assessments levied by inclusion in the Evermore CID. The Snellville City Council approved a similar resolution Jan. 12 to add the SpaceMax property to the CID.
