EPD taking comments on Roswell well permit

The Georgia Environmental Protection Division is taking comments through Feb. 4 on its plan to issue Roswell a new groundwater withdrawal permit.

The city drilled wells that could supply the city with 400,000 more gallons of water per day. Roswell needs the state permit to tap this surplus.
