English classes for non-native speakers will be offered at the Westminster Presbyterian Church at 1438 Sheridan Rd. NE., from 9 a.m. to 10 a.m. Mondays, Sept. 19 to Dec. 12, and free math tutoring will be offered to older kids on Monday evenings there.

The Lindbergh LaVista Corridor Coalition first offered these English classes in the spring in partnership with the Easter Seals Child Development Program. Anyone who wants to volunteer should attend a training workshop at the church at 9 a.m. on Sept. 10. Information: email esl@lindberghlavista.org.
