The non-profit Fulton County Taxpayers Foundation, is hosting an education forum to help solve the myriad of challenges facing the Atlanta Public Schools including the 47,000 children who might have been affected by the test-cheating scandal. Participants include educators from the University of Georgia, Clark Atlanta University, Mercer University, and Georgia State University. The forum starts 10 a.m.  Sept. 10 at the Loudermilk Center, 40 Courtland Street. Information: www.fctf.org.
