Eat out this week to keep kids in school

Communities in Schools of Marietta/Cobb County is hosting its Dine Out for Kids campaign with area restaurants through Thursday.

Participating restaurants will donate a portion of their proceeds to the nonprofit organization that provides after-school, youth leadership and parent education to Cobb students and residents.

A complete list of participating restaurants, including Williamson Bros. Bar-B-Q in Marietta and Big Shanty Smokehouse BBQ in Kennesaw, is available at www.cismcc.org.
