East Point seeks grants, rezoning to official map
East Point will hold a regularly scheduled city council meeting at 6:30 p.m. Monday in Jefferson Station Council Chambers, 1526 East Forrest Ave., Suite 400.
Items on the agenda include a proposed amendment to the city code, regarding signs which require no permit and an amendment to the city code regarding food trucks.
An ordinance to amend the official zoning map of East Point, with a variance for property located on Ethan Allen Drive is also set for discussion.
Other items include: approval of an application for a Local Maintenance and Improvement Grant for $262,996.02; approval of the Atlanta Aerotropolis Blueprint; and approval of an amendment to the city ordinance for real property payment due dates.
