Early voting begins Nov. 16 in the runoff election involving the three Johns Creek City Council races in which no candidate received more than 50 percent of the vote.

Two races highlighting council Post 2 are on the the agenda. In the regular election, Chris Coughlin and Jay Lin were the two top vote-getters and will square off. In the race to fill the unexpired term of Brad Raffensperger voters will choose between Coughlin and Todd Burkhalter.

And in the race to fill the unexpired term in Post 5, Nazeera Dawood and Stephanie Endres will be on the runoff ballot. One of the two will replace Kelly Stewart, who resigned.

Early voting will be held weekdays from 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. Nov. 16-25 at both the Robert F. Fulton Ocee Branch Library, 5090 Abbotts Bridge Road, Alpharetta, and at the Fulton County Government Center, 130 Peachtree St. SW, Atlanta. In addition, residents can vote 8:30 a.m.-5 p.m. Nov. 21 at the Ocee Branch.
