Voters in Henry County who don’t want to wait until May 24 to cast their ballots in the general primary election can do so as early as Monday.

The election office at 40 Atlanta St. in McDonough will allow early voting May 2-6 from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. The polls will open there as well as the Merle Manders Conference Center in Stockbridge May 9-13 from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Saturday voting will be available at both locations May 14 from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. During the week of May 16-20, the polls will be open from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. at these locations as well as the Fairview Library in Stockbridge, the Fortson Library in Hampton and the Locust Grove Library.
