The owner of 1980 Dellfield Court seeks a variance to encroach the front yard setback. The applicant requests approval to remove the existing, uncovered stoop and stairs to install a new covered stoop and stairs.

David Awtrey, on behalf of the owners of 1516 Withmere Close, seeks a variance to encroach the accessory side yard setback for construction of a fireplace.
