The Dunwoody Zoning Board of Appeals will review two zoning requests during the meeting at 6 p.m. Thursday at Dunwoody City Hall, 41 Perimeter Center East, Suite 103.

The owner of 1980 Dellfield Court seeks a variance to encroach the front yard setback. The applicant requests approval to remove the existing, uncovered stoop and stairs to install a new covered stoop and stairs.

David Awtrey, on behalf of the owners of 1516 Withmere Close, seeks a variance to encroach the accessory side yard setback for construction of a fireplace.
