Dunwoody zoning board meets for first time this year

The Dunwoody Zoning Board of Appeals will hold a regular meeting at 6 p.m. Thursday at Dunwoody City Hall, 41 Perimeter Center East, Suite 103.

In addition to electing a chairman and vice chairman for the zoning board, the group will also consider several rezoning requests, including one by CQ Dunwoody Village Court, LLC owner of 1530 and 1536 Dunwoody Village Parkway. The company is seeking numerous variances for the construction of a 79 unit townhome development.
