Dunwoody dog park renovation begun

Renovation for the dog park in Brook Run Park began recently in Dunwoody. While the dog park itself will remain open during this phase of the renovation, the lower parking lot is currently shut down temporarily. Next week, the renovation plan calls for the dog park section to be shut down for construction, and should be reopened by March 9. The new dog park will include a 2-acre area for large dogs, and .4 acres designated for smaller dogs. The city plans to reuse as much of the existing fence material as possible.
