The Brookhaven Planning Commission will discuss changes to the Perimeter Center Zoning Code during the meeting at 6 p.m. Thursday, Oct. 20, at Brookhaven City Hall, 41 Perimeter Center East, Suite 103. The city adopted new zoning and land development ordinances in October 2013. Believing the Perimeter Center area had unique characteristics requiring separate zoning district consideration, the city decided to create another code for the area. The goal of making changes to the code is to provide regulations and incentives to better guide future redevelopment projects.
