Dunwoody council to consider flood study

The Dunwoody City council will hold its regularly scheduled meeting at 6 p.m., July 27, at Dunwoody City Hall, 41 Perimeter Center East, Suite 103. A public hearing will be held during the meeting to discuss a rezoning request from Atlanta Office Investment regarding property located at 245 Perimeter Center Parkway. Other items on the agenda include: approval for an agreement for a FEMA flood study; approval of a construction contract for the Tilly Mill Road at North Peachtree Road Intersection project; and a resolution regarding the Atlanta Regional Commission Public Art Grant.
