Weeks later, Dunwoody police still need help finding two violent home invaders who slipped into a woman's home as she walked her kids to the bus.

Police released surveillance video Tuesday from the victim's home at Dunwoody Glen apartments on Peachtree Industrial Boulevard. It shows the men tackling her on Nov. 9 around 6:30 a.m.

Police say the victim was also punched in the face and struck in the head with a pistol as the intruders demanded money.

"The victim was able to escape her attackers after fighting them off," police said in a news release. "The suspects then removed a large safe containing the victim’s personal valuables and fled on foot out of the same (unlocked) window they entered from."

Anyone with information was asked to contact Detective Jesus Maldonado at 678-382-6914 or at Jesus.Maldonado@dunwoodyga.gov.

Anonymous tips can be sent on the department's site here or through Crime Stoppers here or through text at 274-637.
