The City of Dunwoody is preparing to update its 2030 Comprehensive Plan and could spend $120,000 on the document.

The plan was adopted in 2010. According to staff, new expert information will provide more than a standard update including an extensive economic development component and study, and a completed existing land use map that would show how parcels are being used.

Jacobs Engineering and Houseal Lavigne Associates are being considered to work on the update following a request for proposals for services.

City Council budgeted $60,000 for the update. Staff requested the additional $60,000 in the fiscal year 2015 budget.
